The Sub Acute care provided at Wiley serves those who require specialized rehabilitative services, individually designed to meet their specific health needs. Daily and intensive, this care includes: 

• skilled nursing

• speech therapy
• respiratory therapy

Wiley has 19 private, sub acute rooms fully renovated with state of the art equipment and conveniences.  We are here to rehabilitate, improve patient health & wellness, and work on getting you or your loved one home!
